Refer­ring Physicians

With our commitment to maintaining relationships with area physicians and our easy referral process, we are able to connect with patients in a timely fashion.

At this time our office requires a physician referral to be seen, regardless of individual insurance requirements.

Our office prefers referrals from primary care providers; however some exceptions will be made for our weight loss clinic patients, OMH employees, and self-referred individuals on a case by case basis
